The Latin American Center for Graduate Studies in Music has embraced a number of students from various countries throughout the Latin American region. Those countries include Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Uruguay.
