Come enjoy a night of beautiful and compelling music from Mexico, Spain, and Argentina with flutist Marisa Canales and pianist Roberto Hidalgo, as they unite their talent to invite us to a journey through Spain and Latin America with music by Toldrá, Oltrá, Ponce, Zyman, and Piazzolla.  Doors will open at 6:30pm and the concert will begin at 6:45pm.

Invite you to: The Venezuelan Pianist Clara Rodriguez’s concert 

Rodriguez, who has performed acclaimed recitals and concerts around the world since age 17, has carefully selected a program of Latin American music that will please fans of jazz, classical and world music with pieces by Ricardo Teruel, Federico Ruiz, Miguel Yánez and others.

At the Bolivarian Hall, Rodriguez will offer the audience a repertoire of different rhythms that evoke a range of emotions including nostalgia and happiness.
This important pianist began studying the piano in Caracas, Venezuela at the Joan José Landaeta Conservatory. She later won a scholarship from the Arts Council of Venezuela to attend the Royal College of Music in London, and today, she is a professor of piano at that prestigious institution.
